What does health mean and what to do about it
by Alexandra Berthault

What is Balance? Isn’t what it takes to achieve and maintain optimal wellbeing?  Isn’t it about navigating through a journey of adventures that constantly tests all aspects of our life, be the physical, emotional, mental or spiritual? Although it is important to keep boundaries in different areas of life, our thoughts and emotions traverse and affect all parts of our wellbeing. In short, what happens in our work life can affect our relationship with our family & friends. Similarly, the status of our health can affect our fitness levels, our work and our different relationships.  Thus, we live interconnected within all aspects of life that we encounter daily.

Most physical ailments treacle from a place of anxiety. This might make sense, but how to tackle all these imbalances in a positive and timely way?

My experience and qualifications in Nutritional Therapy, Health Coaching, Crystal and Stress healing as well as, Feng Shui and Astrology have helped me with answering that question over time. It is because of that personal experience that I decided to incorporate those services into my clients consultations.

My focus is thus to build and maintain the Pillars of Health for each of my clients.

I first started using the system of Pillars through Eastern Astrology, also called the Four Pillars of Destiny. In this system, each pillar has specific functions one describes the external environment (with social and industry network as its main topic), another the career, the third one the internal environment with the self and personal relationships, and the fourth pillar our assets (children, investments, subordinates, dreams and ambitions).  This is testimony that we are all multidimensional and can achieve balance and harmony through various sides of life.

This system of pillars is used as a guide for mapping someone’s life makeup, but I found it so practical that it inspired me to remodel it and fit in a more complete and holistic approach for each client. The ultimate purpose being to transform and inspire lives.

Here is the map for the Four Pillars of Health & Wellbeing:

This holistic system for health & wellbeing is meant to reset and create balance as a way of life.
