Your Space. Your Energy. Your Well-being.

The spaces we inhabit have a profound influence on how we experience everyday life. From the natural light that fills a room to the arrangement of furniture, the materials that surround us and the way we move through a space, every detail contributes to its atmosphere.
Rooted in ancient Chinese wisdom, Feng Shui is the art of understanding the relationship between people and their environment. It explores how the natural landscape, orientation, architecture and flow of Qi – the vital energy recognised in Chinese philosophy – interact to influence the character of a space.
At Chez Feng Shui, I combine the principles of Classical and Form Feng Shui with an appreciation for contemporary design and individual lifestyles. My approach is both analytical and intuitive, bringing together traditional geomantic calculations, spatial awareness and aesthetics to create environments that feel welcoming, purposeful and personal.
Because a truly beautiful space should not only look good. It should feel right for the people who inhabit it.

Feng Shui for Living and Working

Every property has its own character, and every individual has different needs and aspirations.

Whether you are creating a family sanctuary, improving your working environment, renovating a property or planning a new development, Feng Shui offers a different perspective on how a space can be arranged and experienced.

Through a personalised consultation, we explore how your surroundings can better support your lifestyle, priorities and ambitions.

How Feng Shui Can Support You

  • Home and well-being: Create a more nurturing, comfortable and restorative living environment.
  • Relationships and family life: Encourage spaces that foster connection, communication and a sense of belonging.
  • Career and prosperity: Explore spatial arrangements traditionally associated with opportunity, focus and professional growth.
  • Personal potential: Identify environments and orientations that complement your individual characteristics and aspirations.
  • Design and renovation: Integrate Feng Shui principles into architectural plans, interior layouts, furniture placement, colours and materials.
  • Property selection: Assess a prospective home, commercial property or development through the principles of Classical Feng Shui.
  • Workplaces and businesses: Create professional environments that encourage clarity, productivity and positive interaction.

Feng Shui is not about following a particular decorative style or filling your home with symbolic objects. It is about understanding the unique qualities of a space and making informed choices about how it is used.

Feng Shui Consultations

A Personalised Approach to Your Space

Every consultation begins with understanding you, your property and what you would like to achieve.

Using Classical Feng Shui calculations alongside Form School principles, I assess the relationship between the external environment, the building’s orientation, its internal layout and the people who occupy it.

Recommendations are tailored to your property’s individual characteristics and your personal objectives, with practical consideration given to your existing architecture, interiors and lifestyle.

Consultations are available for residential and commercial properties, both on-site and online.

Preparing for Your Consultation

To carry out a detailed assessment, I will ask you to provide:

  • An accurate floor plan of your property.
  • The year of construction and details of any significant renovations or structural alterations.
  • Dates of birth of the principal occupants.
  • A completed client questionnaire outlining your priorities and objectives.

We will then arrange an initial meeting and a tour of your property. For online consultations, a virtual walkthrough and suitable mapping or satellite resources may be used where appropriate.

What You Will Receive

Following the assessment, you will receive a comprehensive written Feng Shui report, tailored to your property and individual needs.

Depending on the scope of your consultation, this may include:

  • Property analysis: An assessment of the building’s orientation, external surroundings, internal layout and relevant Classical Feng Shui influences.
  • Personalised recommendations: Guidance on the positioning and use of rooms, furniture and key living or working areas.
  • Spatial and design advice: Practical suggestions for colours, materials, decorative elements and the arrangement of interiors.
  • Personal alignment: Recommendations informed by the occupants’ individual Feng Shui characteristics and priorities.
  • Life aspirations: Traditional Feng Shui considerations relating to well-being, relationships, career, prosperity and personal development.
  • Organisation and spatial flow: Suggestions to improve the functionality and experience of your environment.
  • Space Clearing: Guidance where appropriate, available as an additional service.
  • Ongoing support: Clarification and assistance following your consultation, together with relevant Feng Shui resources.

My aim is to provide recommendations that are meaningful, practical and achievable, respecting both the character of your property and your personal style.

Annual Feng Shui Updates

Working with the Changing Energies of Time

In Classical Feng Shui, the energetic influences associated with a property are not considered entirely static.

According to the Flying Stars system, annual influences change with the beginning of the Chinese solar year, usually around 4 February. These changing patterns are traditionally assessed to determine which areas of a property may benefit from particular attention or adjustments.

An Annual Feng Shui Update reviews these influences in relation to your existing property analysis and provides recommendations for the year ahead.

Annual Update Reports are available exclusively to existing consultation clients.

I recommend arranging your annual review from November onwards, allowing sufficient time to prepare for the forthcoming solar year.
